Dr. Mubarak is an advisor of the deputy of the Ministry of Environment and the director of the National Parks Department as well. He is a membership of both Saudi Society for Agricultural Sciences and Horticulture International Society. In 2017, he was a consultant of the national parks at the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) in Saudi Arabia. In 2013, he was the leader of Saudi Students’ Club in Western Australia for two years in row. He worked as an assistant Director of Projects Department, Operation and Maintenance Department at King Abdulaziz Military College. Meanwhile, he was a consultant for a landscaping skills company. In 2015, Dr. Mubarak got his PhD from the College of Science and Engineering, Department of Environment and Agriculture at Curtin University, in Western Australia. In 2007, he got his master’s degree in horticulture science from the College of Agriculture and Food Science, at King Saud University in Riyadh.
