PAYMENT: All costs quoted are GST inclusive and a GST invoice will be forwarded with confirmation or registration and other fees paid.

PLEASE NOTE: All payments must be finalised before attending the conference.

  • Payment via Invoice is only available to Government agencies. Payments by Invoice incur an administration charge of 5%. Invoices must be paid within 14 days. Late payment incurs an interest charge of 1.5% per month.
  • Selection of MasterCard, Visa or Amex will direct you to a secure payment gateway. Management Solutions (Qld) manages delegate registration and payments on behalf of Global Eco. Payments by MasterCard or Visa incur a surcharge of 1.5%. Payments by Amex incur a surcharge of 3%.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Officer.
  • Registration Cancellations brought directly about by COVID-19 related:
    • cancellations of public transport services to the Margaret River including commercial flights;
    • border closures by National, State or Territory authorities;
    • closure of accommodation lodging at Margaret River and Environs due to COVID-19 restrictions;
    • COVID-19 positive illness (a medical certificate is required); and
    • quarantine restrictions
    will be provided with a full refund of conference registration fees up to and including 30 November 2020. Delegates will be given the option of taking up an online streamed conference registration in the event that they cannot attend the conference in person. The rates for online attendance are published on the Virtual Attendance page.
  • Cancellations made for any reason other than COVID-19 related cancellations (set out above) before 13 November 2020 incur a 25% penalty. There will be no refunds after this date.
  • Substitute delegates are welcome, however the Registrations Officer must be advised in writing of any substitute delegates who will be attending.
  • Sharing of registration with other parties is not permitted.
